At Céu Azul, all products are personalised and produced exclusively for each customer. This policy describes your rights as a consumer and the procedures to follow in the event of defect or non-conformity.
Last updated: 08/05/2026
Under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the consumer is generally entitled to 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
However, in accordance with article 17(1)(c) of that decree-law, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. For this reason, the majority of Céu Azul products are not covered by this right of withdrawal once production has started.
This limitation does not affect your legal rights in case of a non-conforming product.
Under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021, the consumer benefits from a 3-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery for movable goods.
In case of non-conformity, you are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement, to a proportionate price reduction, or to terminate the contract, as provided by law.
Each album is created based on the choices you make when ordering. Before completing the purchase, we recommend carefully checking:

After review, we may proceed with replacement, correction or another adequate solution at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We will contact the logistics partner and resolve the situation. Whenever possible, keep the original packaging and take photographs of the order's condition on arrival.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
