These tools are used exclusively to transform the content provided by the customer into a personalised final product.

5.2 Data used

For the creation of these products, the following data may be used:

• Photographs provided by the customer
• Names of people and family relationships
• Descriptive characteristics entered by the customer
• Personalised texts created during the ordering process

5.3 AI tools used

Céu Azul uses third-party AI tools, including language and image generation models such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google), integrated into controlled technical workflows.

Data is used solely to generate the requested content and not for public model training outside the scope of the contracted service.

5.4 Purpose of processing

• Generation of personalised illustrations
• Creation of characters and scenarios adapted to the child
• Production and printing of the personalised book
• Quality control and technical support, when necessary

5.5 Limitations and responsibility

Céu Azul does not use customer content for general AI model training or for external commercial reuse.

All generated content is used exclusively for fulfilling the customer’s order.

6. Data and content retention

• Inactive projects for more than 60 days are automatically deleted
• Content linked to completed orders may be temporarily retained for technical support and after-sales service
• After this period, data and files are permanently deleted

Customers may request early deletion at any time.

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

We use secure connections (SSL), protected servers and permission-based access controls.

8. Marketing communications

Promotional communications are sent only with consent.
